Seeing as how I never knew the rhomboids was a muscle, you know that I had zero clues about what exercises even focused on the rhomboids. And that's when my best friend Google comes in to play! As I recently mentioned in an Instagram post, I am giving up running and treadmill cardio for all of my workouts. It's not cohesive with my pregnant body. So, my alternative 10 minutes of pre-workout cardio and 10 minutes post-workout cardio is rowing. If you have ever used the rowing machine, you know that it is a full-body workout. However, the main muscles targeted while rowing are the trapezius and rhomboids!
