How many of you fitness newbies go to the gym and often wonder "what muscle is this exercise working?" I will gladly admit I have done that on more than one occasion. For instance, I will come home and ask my husband, "Is this where my delt is? Because this is what's hurting!" It's always a good sign when I feel it in the "right" muscle that I just worked. HA!
I wanted to introduce Muscle Monday for all the newcomers to fitness that want to learn where each muscle is and what some good exercises are for those muscles. Also, I need this for myself more than anything! I want to get into fitness more, and in doing so, I want to learn where all my muscles are! So, join along with me in learning some of the muscles that make up our body!
