I am now 19 days post-partum. While I am not cleared to go all out in my workouts, I can now complete some modified workouts. Below are some basic ground rules for when you are ready to start getting back in the gym post-partum.
What else would you list as a ground rule before working out again after having a baby? I'd love to get your thoughts.
