From a young age you hear your parents and teachers say, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." Although, until you become an adult, I don't think you fully understand that. Boy do I though!
I seriously cannot go without eating breakfast. If I had it my way, a cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera would be in my meal plan every.single.morning. Those things are amazing! Wait...I just looked at the nutrition for one of those. The bagel alone sits at a whopping 430 calories! WHHHHAT! The sad thing though is that it isn't even that filling, and would not help my health and fitness goals in any way.
Last summer I started making crepes for Dustin and I and found that they were so delicious and super easy to make. And, to make the maintenance of making this every morning easier, you can complete steps 1 & 2 from the instructions below the night before. That way you only have steps 3-5 to complete when you wake up in the morning.
